Overview
YG series automatic volumetric liner filling and capping monobloc is new generation utility product, developed from most advanced technology to suit to market demand.The machine adopts SS316L volumetric injection pump, auto cap orienting and capping together. Economic utility, low plant cover, the machne is widely applied to liquid packing in the market of pharmaceutical, pestiade, chemical, foodstuff cosmetic etc.It fully conforms to the requirement of GMP.
Features
-Integrating filing and capping and taking small loor space with convenient operation.
-It adopts the piston metering pump to fill iquid of various viscosity with high precision.The pump can be easily disassembled, making cleaning and sterilization convenient.
-The sealing ring of the piston metering pump is made of different kinds of materials such as silicon rubber,Teflon and etc. Ceramic material can also be used in special applications.
-It adopts the PLC control system with variable frequency speed cortrol and high degree of automation.
-The filling volume can be conveniently adjusted: The filling volume of all metering pumps can be adjusted in one step, or fine adjustment of each pump can be made acoording to the need. It is featured by convenient operation and quick adjustment.
-The filing system is provided with the anti-leaking device, realizing filing from the bottom, rising slowly and avoiding bubbles.
-The whole line is suitable for various kinds of bottles and adjustments can be completed conveniently within a short time.
-The whole line is designed in accordance with GMP requirements.
